Vision and Values

'Included, Respected and Inspired to succeed'

Our Vision

Everyone at Teesville Academy believes that all children have the right to be Included, Respected and Inspired to succeed.
We have high expectations and work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome, safe, valued and included. Relationships are the heart of the school; we listen, treat each other equally with respect and tolerance, and form one big family.
Our children are at the heart of our curriculum and we want them to be the best that they can be. We believe that fostering children's self esteem and well being is the key to achieving this. If children believe in themselves they can achieve both personal and academic goals. As a school it is our responsibilty to ensure every child develops the personal attributes of kindness, generosity, integrity and honesty, to help them grow and mature into well rounded, successful and happy adults, ready to engage in their community and beyond.

Our Ethos

Our ethos is to welcome and nurture everybody to a safe and positive school community where tolerance, respect and exciting opportunities empower each individual to succeed. We are a warm and welcoming school. We value the relationships we have with our families. All staff are responsible for building and sustaining trust and will always go the extra mile to make a difference. We listen and give support to make sure these partnerships remain strong. Pupils are happy and feel safe. We are  extremely proud of our  â€˜working together’ approach.
